Eduardo Ribeiro and Matías Soto opened their campaign at the Advantage Cars Prague Open with a straight-sets win over Jakub Paul and Matěj Vocel, 6-4, 7-6(9).

The partnership could not hold up in the quarterfinals. Dominik Reček and Daniel Siniakov bounced back after a blank first set to close it out at 0-6, 6-4, and 10-7 in the match tie-break.

In singles, Ribeiro fell in his opener to Sumit Nagal, 7-6(5) and 6-4.

With no more matches left at the Czech tournament, the Brazilian turns his attention to upcoming commitments on the Challenger circuit.
