Orlando Luz and Rafael Matos beat Constantin Frantzen and Robin Haase 6-4, 3-6, [10-7] in the Cincinnati Open final to win the doubles title.

The Brazilian duo secured the Masters 1000 trophy after a match tiebreak. They took the first set 6-4, lost the second 3-6 and then closed the decider 10-7.

In the semifinal, Luz and Matos defeated Hugo Nys and Édouard Roger-Vasselin 6-4, 2-6, [10-2] to reach the final.

The result gives the pair the Cincinnati Open doubles title.
