Linda Nosková defeated Marta Kostyuk 7-5, 5-7, 6-4 in the fourth round of the US Open women’s singles.

Nosková took the first set 7-5, Kostyuk claimed the second set 7-5, and Nosková closed the match 6-4 to advance to the quarterfinals.

Kostyuk had reached the fourth round after beating Ekaterina Alexandrova 6-3, 6-2 in the third round.

With the result, Kostyuk is eliminated from the tournament.
