Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026This Privacy Policy describes how the Tênis do Brasil portal (tenisdobrasil.com.br) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) — and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/2014). As a Brazilian portal operated from Brazil, Brazilian law governs this policy regardless of where you access it from.
1. Who we are
Tênis do Brasil is operated by an individual (a natural person). We do not currently have a registered company (CNPJ). We are the controller of the personal data collected on this portal. Contact: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
2.1 Data you provide voluntarily
- Email — when you subscribe to the "Saque Diário" newsletter. Legal basis: consent (LGPD art. 7, I).
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Cookies and localStorage — we save your chosen visual theme (Grand Slam) locally in your browser. No data is sent to the server. Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX).
- Access logs — our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc.) may log IP address, date, time and page accessed for security and service-availability purposes. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- Anonymous analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure the portal's performance and audience. This tool does not use cookies, does not collect identifiable personal data, and does not track visitors across sites. What's measured: visit volume, pages viewed, approximate country of origin (derived from the transiting IP, not stored) and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals). Visitors who prefer not to be counted can signal that preference in their own browser (see our Cookie Policy). Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX).
3. What we use your data for
- Sending the "Saque Diário" newsletter (only to those who subscribed)
- Ensuring the portal's security and availability
- Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data sharing
Your data may be processed by the following providers, strictly for the purpose indicated:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, CDN and anonymous analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Data processed: access logs (security/availability) and aggregated performance and audience metrics, with no identification of individual visitors. International transfer is covered by Cloudflare's compliance frameworks for LGPD and GDPR. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email marketing provider — for sending the newsletter (to be defined; this policy will be updated once it's activated).
Some articles may embed official social media posts (Instagram/Meta and X). This third-party content only loads when you click to view the post ("click-to-load" model): before you click, no data is sent to those platforms. After clicking, the corresponding platform may set its own cookies and process your data under its own policy.
5. How long we keep your data
- Newsletter email: for as long as you keep your subscription active, or until you request deletion.
- Access logs: per Cloudflare's policy (generally up to 30 days) and the Marco Civil da Internet's requirements (art. 15: 6 months for connection records).
6. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether your data is being processed
- Access your data
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Request anonymization, blocking or deletion
- Revoke consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter)
- Request data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "LGPD – [type of request]". We respond within 15 business days.
7. Unsubscribing from the newsletter
You can unsubscribe from the "Saque Diário" newsletter at any time, at no cost, in two ways:
- Via the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email we send.
- By emailing [email protected] with the subject "Cancelar newsletter" — we process the request within 2 business days.
After you unsubscribe, your email is removed from the sending list. We keep subscription records for up to 6 months for legal proof-of-consent purposes (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15).
8. Cookies
For detailed information about the cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect your data: secure hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), HTTPS on every page, and restricted access to the portal's systems.
10. Children and teenagers
This portal is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not intentionally collect data from children or teenagers.
11. Changes to this policy
Any material change will be communicated through a prominent notice on the portal. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
12. Contact
Questions or requests: [email protected] — subject "LGPD".
