Pietra Rivoli defeated Swiss player Noelia Mante 7-6, 6-0 on Saturday to advance in Wimbledon junior qualifying at the All England Club.

The Rio Grande do Sul native dropped no games in the second set and needed a tiebreak to close out the first, finishing with a clean sweep across two sets.

Rivoli remains in contention for a place in the junior main draw at the English Grand Slam.
