Laura Pigossi and Panna Udvardy were eliminated in the first round of women’s doubles at the 2026 US Open after a 6-3, 6-4 loss to Marta Kostyuk and Elena-Gabriela Ruse.
The Brazilian and her partner were beaten by Kostyuk and Ruse in straight sets. The official draw lists the result as a first-round match in the women’s doubles bracket.
With the opening-round defeat, Pigossi and Udvardy are out of the US Open women’s doubles draw.
