SP Open announces first confirmed players for September edition
The tournament, considered Brazil's biggest women's tennis event, has released the first names for the event from September 12 to 20.
The SP Open, considered Brazil’s biggest women’s tennis event, has released the first five confirmed players for this year’s edition: Leylah Fernandez, Paula Badosa, Luisa Stefani, Victoria Barros and Nauhany Silva.
The initial list was released on Wednesday, 30 days before the first match.
The tournament, the country’s main event in the women’s circuit, runs from September 12 to 20.
