Stefani and Dabrowski reach first Grand Slam final together at Wimbledon

Luisa Stefani and Gaby Dabrowski defeated Ena Shibahara and Eri Hozumi 7-5, 6-3 to advance to the Wimbledon women’s doubles final.
The Brazilian-Canadian pair will face Kristina Mladenovic and Guo Hanyu for the title. Mladenovic and Guo beat Jiang Xinyu and Xu Yifan 7-6(5), 6-4 in the other semifinal.
The final marks the first Grand Slam championship match for the Stefani-Dabrowski partnership. Stefani had already secured a place in the world’s top five doubles rankings by reaching the semifinal stage.
The Brazilian previously won the Roland Garros doubles title in 2022 alongside Katerina Siniakova, according to the WTA.
