Stan Wawrinka and Gael Monfils received main-draw wild cards for the 2026 Cincinnati Masters 1000 as they compete in their final seasons on tour.

Tournament organizers announced the invitations for both the main draw and qualifying draw on Friday. Grigor Dimitrov, a former champion of the event, also received a main-draw entry, according to TenisBrasil. British player Jack Draper was named among the invitees as well.
