Alejandro Davidovich Fokina erased an opening-set deficit Saturday, defeating Fabian Marozsan 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 to reach the Mallorca final — his sixth career final and first of 2026.
Marozsan took the opener, but Davidovich Fokina took command from the second set on, closing it with relative ease before confirming the comeback in the third.
Five finals, five losses
Before Mallorca, the Spaniard had reached five ATP finals and lost all of them. He faces Quinn on grass Sunday with a chance to claim his first title.
Mallorca is part of the Wimbledon warm-up schedule; the Grand Slam begins the following week.
