Vitória Marchezini and Sophia Chow have assumed the top spot in the world beach tennis ranking, according to CBT TV.

CBT TV reported the news on its Momento CBTênis program. The same bulletin highlighted that the SP Open is set to bring São Paulo onto the WTA circuit.

It also pointed to the approaching Copa Davis and called on Brazilian fans to wear the national shirt and support the team.
